In accordance with the By-laws of the VMI Alumni Association, public notice is provided of the Annual Meeting of the Members of the VMI Alumni Association, Inc. to be held on 6 May 2023 beginning at 8:00 a.m. in the Moody Hall Activities Room located on the campus of the Virginia Military Institute. At the meeting, members will vote on nominations to serve on the Alumni Association Board of Directors.
