San Francisco Bay Area Hike

Day Hike on Mount Tamalpais to Stinson Beach and back

About the Hike:
7.4 miles with 1,740 feet of elevation loss and gain (strenuous)
Start at Pantoll station, take Old Mine trail to the Dipsea down to Stinson Beach, grab a coffee/danish at the café and eat some snacks in the picnic area, return to Pantoll via the Matt Davis Trail

7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (approximately)

Cost:
$8 for parking (cash or credit)

What to bring:
Comfortable clothing, windbreaker, sturdy footwear, daypack with snacks/water (1.5L), sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, hiking poles (recommended)
