Chicago Chapter Gatherings
Calling alumni in the Chicago area. We need your help with chapter operations for the Chicago chapter. Come out and meet Dave Loduca ’81, VMI Alumni Association Region II Midwest regional director, and John Mundt ’06, Chicago Chapter president, at either of the locations below. Come ask questions about chapter involvement and chapter leadership. This is a great opportunity to plug into the VMI community that you are a part of. Don’t want to be in a leadership role? No problem—across the nation, we are trying to infuse our chapters with more volunteers helping to focus on and support some of these initiatives:
New cadet recruiting
Young alumni engagement (alumni with less than 15 years from graduation)
Senior alumni engagement (alumni with 40+ years since graduation)
Career networking
Social media
Community outreach and service projects
Subchapters
Communication
Event planning
Hands-on help with executing events
Want to be involved, but don’t have an interest in one of these areas? Again, no problem—bring your own passions and interests, and we will figure out to how to help you use your talents.
